1. Can I return or exchange an item?

Our goal is that every customer be completely satisfied with their purchase.Please note that at this time we do not accept returns or provide refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives with any issues, reach out to us at shopdoulosclothingco@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving it, and we will gladly work with you to make it right.

2. How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery takes about 7–14 business days. Tracking details will be provided once your package ships.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
